Welcome!

Greetings to the Young Adult Community of Atlanta and to the many visitors of this web site worldwide! Welcome to the homepage for Archdiocese of Atlanta's Young Adult Ministry. Atlanta is known for its vibrant young adult community. There are so many different avenues to get involve in young adult activities - spiritual, social and service orientated. There is something for everyone! We hope you find our web site helpful in finding those activities that will lead you to connect with Jesus Christ and His Church. I believe that God has big plans for YAM. He will continue to renew the Church through the Catholic Young Adult Community of Atlanta. Yet, we renew the Church by renewing ourselves. Pope Benedict XVI in his encyclical, Deus Caritas Est, God is Love, tells us, "Certainly, one can become a source from which rivers of living water flow. Yet to become such a source, one must constantly drink anew from the original source, which is Jesus Christ..."

May God pour out His graces upon you!

In Christ’s Service,
Dorothy Polchinski,
Director of Young Adult Ministry
